Frequently asked questions
You can return most items up to 30 days from purchase date with receipt to the store you purchased from.
If you do not have receipt you can return items from store you purchased from within 30 days for the current selling price.
Holiday Items are NOT returnable after the Holiday (Example: Easter Figurine is not returnable after Easter).
Christmas items (including Keepsake Ornaments) are NOT returnable after December 24.
Food items are NOT returnable under any circumstance.
You can email info@betreshallmark.com your item request. If you are a vendor, please include a current catalog of your items and a good contact to reach you.
Please email orders@betreshallmark.com for details on returning items. (Shipping charges will apply)
Please reach out to orders@betrshallmark.com. Please include your order number and a full photo of the damaged item including a description of what the damage is.
We cannot issue any type of reimbursement/replacement if you fail to provide a full photo and your order number.
Please note some items are hand-painted/hand-carved and may vary than what is shown on our website. We cannot refund or send a replacement for these items if that is the case.
You can purchase any item listed online. These items are marked this way do to store availability, low stock, or size/weight of item. If you would like to purchase an item marked "In-store only" please email info@betreshallmark.com.
Please note some items are not allowed to be sold online due to manufacturer's terms.
Please email info@betreshallmark.com with your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible if we have item in-stock at any of our locations and can ship item.
There may be a delay purchasing items this way, these items will need to move to our warehouse location to ship out, so they may not ship within the 3-5 business days.
